I just wanted to thank you for your company’s service and dedication to what we have going on here in Montana. I think your company did more for these trucks in 3.5 days than has ever been done for them in the past. I told Chief Mauvais that on a scale of 1 to 10, that the trucks were about a three or four. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Lloyd Hamilton and the staff of U.S. Fire Equipment for the exemplary service we received.
 Our new Spartan Engine had experienced numerous pump shifting issues since its delivery in January 2006. The manufacturer of the engine was unable to fix or resolve the issues for over year. When I contacted Lloyd and explained the problem he immediately called the manufacturers of the pump and transmission. Within two days, U.S. Fire Equipment had developed a remedy for our problem. Within two weeks our engine was fixed and delivered back to our station. The problem that was unresolved for more than a year was taken care of by U.S. Fire Equipment in two weeks.
